Before joining the company in January 2025 as Operations Manager, Mr. Monges was a Safety and Environmental Consultant at Geoserve S.A.C. Prior to joining Geoserve S.A.C., he worked as a safety and environmental consultant on projects with PGM SERVICES S.A.C., GEOKINETICS ONSHORE SERCIOS S.A.C., GLOBAL GEOPHYSICAL SERVICES S.A.C., and ENERGY SERVICES PERU S.A.C., having worked in various oil basins in Peru.
Business Administration studies at IPAE (Peruvian Institute of Business Administration) and Industrial Safety courses.
